It was recently revealed that Ghanaian musician and dancer, Mr. Drew was no longer a signee of Highly Spiritual Music, the label owned by renowned Ghanaian sound engineer, Kaywa.
It was revealed that the “S3k3” hitmaker decided not to renew his contract after the initial five-year deal he signed with the label run out.
After reports of his departure were reported, some rumors had it that Mr. Drew did not leave the label without issues.
Well, it appears that there is some iota of truth in these rumors following the turn out of events after Mr. Drew finally sent out to his former boss and label on his social media pages on Friday, June 9, 2023.
In the post he made, Mr. Drew thank Kaywa and the team at Highly Spiritual for all the work they did for him while he was signed on the label and the impact they made him have on the entertainment.
Barely 24 hours after the said post, Kaywa has come out to drop a subtle and cryptic response that left many netizens in shock.
In a post the award-winning sound engineer and producer made on Saturday, June 10, 2023, he stated categorically that the appreciation being shown by his former signee should go beyond the mere post on Instagram.
Kaywa added that the deeds of his former signee should show as also.
